Delivery and Installation Restrictions:
To help ensure that your product is delivered successfully please review the following information:
- Notification of your four (4) hour delivery window will be given by our Service Team the day prior to delivery.
- Our Service Team will contact you 30 minutes before arrival.
- Our deliveries are all strategically routed to insure delivery accuracy; am/pm preferences cannot be specified.
- Deliveries must be signed for by persons designated on the order form.
- We provide a D & A Quality Checklist at the time of delivery to give us feedback on our services.
While scheduling your delivery please check the following information and advice:
- You have provided us with the phone number where you can be contacted on the day before delivery in order to set the delivery four (4) hour window.
- You have checked the dimensions of the product to ensure that it fits in the space / unit where you plan to put it.
- The delivery service has clear access to where you want the product placed.
Our delivery teams will:
- Fire-test the product to insure consistency of flame height and ignition, if there is a connected gas line, or LP tank filled.
- Check to insure all components are complete.
- Recheck fit and finish of barbeque.
- Wipe down barbeque and product.
- Demonstrate how to turn the BBQ on/off.
- Present owner's manual.
Our delivery teams are not able to:
- Take out an existing island, dispose of existing outdoor grills or islands or remove barbeques and accessories that are cemented into the island.
- Run gas lines.
- Run or connect water lines or electrical lines to any appliances.
- Deliver or fill LP Tanks.
- Drill into masonry islands.
- Install bolts for mounting purposes
All preparations for the delivery site, clear access, plumbing, electrical, and removal of hazards, are the customer's responsibility
